What metrics can I find in the offline report?

You can find both upper and lower funnel metrics (CPA, Installs, lift, and more) for linear and streaming TV.

What is the measurement methodology used for the new offline reports?

The metrics are calculated using your historical performance to determine the correlation between iOS and Android. The correlation is then applied to (unaffected) Android data to derive the iOS number. No actual iOS data is included in this report at this time.

What is the date range in the report?

The report data starts April 26, 2021 and after (when iOS 14.5 first rolled out).

Will this methodology change again in the future?

As we get more clarity from Apple and MMPs and understand the data we’ll have access to, we’ll continue to enhance our methodology.

Are you using current iOS opt-in tracking data in the offline report?

No iOS data is used in the report. All metrics are calculated using your historical performance.

Is drag lift included in the offline reports?

Yes, and we’re applying the same drag factor for iOS and Android.

If I have multiple conversion metrics, which one is shown in the report?

Reach out to your Client Services Manager to get the conversion metric used in the report.

When will the offline reports be updated?

The reports will be updated daily at ~6:30 am PT for linear and late afternoon for streaming.

Is the data from the offline reports available in my S3 reporting?

Not at this time. Please use the offline report as the source of truth.

Can I pivot or make changes to this report?

Please make a copy of the sheet or tabs before you manipulate the data.

When should we start using the offline reports as the source of truth for iOS data instead of our dashboard?

You should start using the offline reports the first day you receive them from your Client Services Manager.
