FAQs: Linear TV Reports in Your Dashboard

As of Feb. 1, 2022, CPA Report is now called Reports.

How often is the data updated?

The data is updated daily.

Will this be replacing the Google Sheet I have access to?

Not at this time. The data in the Google Sheet will still be accessible and updated daily.

What's the conversion window, is it tied to just that day or a longer lag?

Learn more about this conversion window and metric here.

Will there be other breakouts (i.e. creatives) available soon?

Yes, you can see your linear TV performance metrics broken out by creative, and viewable at the network and/or weekly level within your Creative Heatmap.

Why does my spend look smaller than CPA / CAC metrics?

We fractionally attribute sales (i.e. CPA / CAC) metrics as we can only attribute fractional TV viewers. When we see lift relative to a baseline in a time window after an ad airs, we only know what percentage of users came to the site as a result of TV but not which users did. When we attribute sales back to a cohort, we simply assign a fraction of each sale to each user in that cohort. So, the TV users will only represent a fraction of the total site visitors and thus only be credited with a fraction of the sales. This can cause CAC to be higher than spend for any particular spot.
