About the program
Tatari works with thousands of marketers across our clients' campaigns, and with the companies looking to hire them. Job Matchmaking connects the two: marketers open to a new role list themselves anonymously, hiring companies either post a role or opt in to have their marketing roles pulled from their own careers page, and Tatari makes the introduction when there is a strong fit.
Participation is free and limited to the Tatari network. Both boards update automatically as candidates and roles are added or removed.
How it works
For candidates
List your profile anonymously
- Submit a short profile: the levels you are targeting, your industry, and a professional overview.
- You are identified by a code such as C042. Only your level, industry, and professional overview are displayed — no name, employer, or contact details.
- You stay anonymous until you are matched to a role. Tatari then makes the introduction to the hiring company.
For hiring companies — option one
Post a role, receive candidate matches
- Post your open role with a link to the full job description.
- Tatari reviews the candidate pool and identifies the strongest fits, with a brief rationale for each.
- Your Tatari account manager shares the matches and coordinates introductions.
For hiring companies — option two
Opt in once, and skip the form entirely
- Tell us once where your open roles are listed. That is the only step you take.
- We read the marketing roles from your own careers page and keep them current as they open and close.
- Matching works the same way — your account manager shares candidate matches when there is a fit.
How matching works
Each posted role is assessed against every active candidate profile on level, industry, and channel expertise, and the closest fits are shared with the Tatari account manager for that company. Candidates remain identified by a code until they are matched, at which point Tatari makes the introduction.
Opting out
Listings can be removed at any time. Candidates: remove my profile. Hiring companies: remove a role.
